Which StreamLien document workflow should I choose?
Choose a preliminary notice workflow when you are organizing early notice paperwork, a mechanics lien workflow when you need a lien document prepared, or a lien release workflow when a recorded lien needs closeout paperwork prepared.
Which states are available in StreamLien today?
StreamLien currently publishes California and Nevada workflows for preliminary notices, mechanics liens, and lien releases. Additional states are added only after the workflow is built and reviewed.
What does StreamLien prepare?
StreamLien prepares customer-reviewed construction payment document PDFs from a guided project workspace for available workflows. Add-ons such as property search or certified-mail options appear before checkout when available.
Does StreamLien record, file, serve, or mail every document?
Recording, e-filing, notarization, and service are not automatically included. Some workflows include optional certified-mail or StreamLien mail-service choices when selected and paid for at checkout.
Is StreamLien legal advice?
No. StreamLien is a document-preparation platform. It provides guided workflows and general information, but it does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship.
What happens after I finish a workflow?
After checkout and customer certification, StreamLien provides the prepared PDF for the available workflow. You should review next steps such as mailing, recording, notarization, or deadline questions for your specific project.
